Eos Villa, due its exclusive nature, provides maximal protection against the Covid-19 as it guarantees an experience free of interaction with other guests.
Within the context of ensuring the health and wellbeing of our guests and staff amidst the SARS-COV 2 (COVID-19) crisis we would like to inform you that Eos Villa adheres to the guidelines set by the National Health Organization and the WHO. Along with the Government directions we successfully incorporated the new guidelines and protocols during the summer 2020.
For 2021 we will continue on the same path having the health and wellbeing of our guests and crew as our priority. The changes in our operation and policies include the followings:
Cancellation policy: In the event of a forced cancellation due to the complications of the pandemic, the cancellation policy will not be enforced.
Check-in & Check-out: Check-out is at 11.00 am and check-in at 16.00
Housekeeping: Related protocols are revised and become more rigorous. Daily service is performed upon guests’ demand and linen cleaning is performed on our facilities in order to ensure maximum standards.
New cleaning protocols: We consult a temperature scanner in order to identify possible cases of COVID-19. We perform cleaning and disinfection in all public spaces with increased frequency; Hand sanitizers have been placed at all areas and team facilities. We will provide surgical masks and gloves to guests and staff according to the new guidelines. Designated signage at all public areas, notifying guests of keeping social distance, wearing masks and about the availability of hand sanitizers.
